Wat Mai Pak Khlong Sa Bua

Following a small unpaved road from Wat Kuti Thong leads to the remains of the ancient temple Wat Mai Pak Khlong Sa Bua, also called Wat Mai (new temple). But it is everything but "new" and dates back to the 18th to 19th Century A.D.  What remains today in the brush and high grass is the ordination hall with several seated Buddha image inside and some small pagodas. From here we walked across to the tourist spot of Wat Na Phra Men (hence we did a walking tour).
