Wat Luang Chikrut

Right next to U-Thong Road and in front of the parking lot of Suan Somdet Phrasinakharin Park are the remains of Wat Luang Chikrut. The ruins of the Ubosot were filled with angry dogs claiming the temple walls as their territory, so we could not find out any more information. Some other people interested in Ayutthaya's temples we met here had bought sticks to chase away the many dogs, so we were not the only ones who could not get any closer to it.
