Wat Sangkat Rattana Khiri  

Wat Sangkat Rattana Khiri is at the foot of the mountain Khao Sakae Krang and is a good starting point for visiting the mountain and it's temple. However, often overlooked, this is a beautiful temple with a famous Buddha statue called Phra Putthamonthon Saksit. A quiet temple except for the Merit Making Festival Tak Bat Thaewo when a long line of monks slowly walks down from the hill and a large crowd of worshippers assembles.
