Wat Thammamun Worawihan
While we could almost not find Wat Thammamun Woravihan in 2003, we enjoyed our visit in 2008 even more. The temple's setting is really beautiful on the foot of a hill along the bank of the river. Both the Ubosot and the Vihara are beautiful buildings, which contain important Buddha images, one of it being a standing Buddha statue, named Luang Pho Thammachak, a Chiang-Saen/Sukhothai image with Ayutthaya influence.
