Wat Nakhon Chum
Also called Wat Yai, this temple was built in the Sukhothai period, about 800 years ago and was part of the ancient town of Phichit. Interesting from an architectural point of view are the windows, which simply form narrow openings for ventilation. Unfortunately we couldn't see the old Buddha image inside since the temple was locked when we visited. This was also one of those temples were the dogs were not too friendly.
