Wat Tha Luang

 Wat Tha Luang is the main reason for people to visit Phichit town, even though there is much more to see. The temple sits on the banks of the Nan river and contains the most revered Chiang Saen style Buddha image in Phichit called Luang Pho Phet.   The image was first housed in Wat Nakhon Chum before it was moved here.
