Wat Salak Dtai

Nonthaburi is a provice just north of Bangkok, almost like a suburb of Bangkok. One can take a great ride with an express boat from many piers along the Chao Phraya in Bangkok and enjoy the view of the city, the klongs and temples. Life is much more quiet here than in the big city. In Nonthaburi are a few small temples, like Wat Chinakhorn. Here one can even see the Samlors (bicycle taxis) which have been banned from Bangkok a long time ago. Wat Salak Dtai is a quiet temple and there is not much to see here other than life in the country.
