Wat Theptidaram Woraviharn
I can't remember how many times I have been to Wat Theptidaram but it was always closed until our last visit in September 2007. It sits next to Wat Ratchanatdaram on Rattanakosin Island. The temple buildings are influenced by Chinese style and contains a pure white marble Buddha image of Chiang Saen and Sukhothai style. When we got lucky and the temple was open, we were finally able to enjoy the beautiful white statue of Phra Buddha Thevawilart, which was brought from the Grand Palace by King Rama III.
