Wat Paramai Yikawat
Wat Paramai Yikawat on Koh Kret island is an old Mon temple. Immigrants who came here more than 200 years ago built it. Initially it was called Wat Pak Ao. On the side of the Chao Praya River is a white chedi and another one is located behind the public hall. Locally referred to as Wat Mon, it also contains a beautiful Mon-style marble Buddha image. The inside of the main hall is beautifully decorated with old murals.
