Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat

Another temple which completely threw our time plan apart. There is so much to see here, plus the tricky summer weather sent us a monsoon rain fall while we were in the Ubosot talking to the abbot. The temple is situated in the old town district of Suphanburi and was the major temple of the ancient city during the Ayutthaya period.
