Wat Phet Samut Worawihan

Wat Phet Samut Worawihat or Wat Ban Laem contains the palladium Buddha image of Samut Songkhram - Luang Phor Wat Ban Laem. There is many legends around this image specifically the legend of the five floating Buddha images and the legend of the fishermen finding the two Buddhas in the sea. The other image is Luang Phor Wat Khao Takhrao. The image in this temple here is a standing image in Ayutthaya-style. The sign outside the temple though claims that the style of the image is Sukhothai style, which I cannot agree with. We went to the temple in 2004 and again in 2009.
