Wat Ming Muang
Wat Ming Muang in Nan is also the site of the Lak Muang, the city pillar. The Viharn of the temple is subject to discussions amongst "temple experts" as it is completely designed with cement reliefs depicting the life of Buddha. Some consider it to be bad taste. We didn't find it quiet so bad. After all we had already visited a temple which was completely covered with empty bottles. The inside of the temple is elaborately decorated with modern murals showing the various aspects of Lanna life.
