Wat Thammikaram Woravihara
Wat Thammikaram Woravihara was so far the furthest south (except for Phuket) that we went in Thailand. Reasons for that are simply the terrorist threats further south. The temple has some pretty new buildings in the valley, but dates back to 1922. It houses several statues and objects as well as Buddha's relics on the mountain Khao Chong Krajok. A long stairway leads up the hill and many hungry monkeys are waiting for food on the way up.
