Wat Namtok Mae Klang

An unexpected stop on the way to the Doi Inthanon National Park is this temple. As the name tells it is at the waterfall (namtok) Mae Klang and buses of tourists will stop here for the waterfall and the little market which mostly sell tourist goods. On the side of the market on a little hill is the chedi of the temple and a shrine of Guanyin, the bodhisattva of mercy in Chinese.
