Wat Inpratanporn

Two reclining Buddha images can be found in Wat Inprathanporn or better known as Phra Buddha Stan Phu Po or Phu Po Buddhist Place. It is located outside of Kalasin city in a beautiful country. The first image is located on the foot of the mountain and dates back to the 6th-8th century A.D, while the second one, of a later date,  requires a sweaty climb up the mountain. Interesting though to see the two different styles almost side by side. From up here one has a great view onto the valleys below.
