Tham Gailon
Tham Gailon is not a temple but a cave, but still a Buddhist Place. I am also not positive about the correct spelling of the name. We had to curve around for a while before we found it in the mountains west of Hua Hin. A long staircase leads up to a platform from where one can see the surrounding mountains. As this place is close to the border, we met some border patrol people who watch over the place and showed us around the cave. Buddha images and a Chedi are located inside and we were surprised to even see a bookshelf with scriptures. Insect repellent also comes in quite handy here.
