Phra That Nadoon

The Phra That Nadoon Chedi is an important religious site in Maha Sarakham province and is visited by many worshippers. It was built to house some of Buddha's relics, which were originally stored in a smaller  stupa. The Chedi is said to be quite old and is dated back to the Dvaravati period from the 8th -10th century. The location of the Chedi in a beautiful park makes it an attractive place to visit.
