Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

High on a hill overlooking Chiang Mai is the highly venerated temple Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. It is simply beautiful, the setting is awesome and you will never be able see all the details with only one short visit. However, the amount of tourists, the parking situation and the dis-respectful behavior of some western visitors took a lot of the positive effects away.
