Wat Si Mongkon Nuea

Wat Si Mongkon Nuea lies on the northern part of Mukdahan city right next to the Mekong River. We were lucky and were able to visit the beautiful small and very clean Ubosot before it was closed for the day. One of the monks pointed out some of the race boats,  which are used for the famous boat races on the Mekong river.
