Wat Phichit Sangkharam 

A very special temple, also located in the district of Nong Sung!  The Ubosot is relatively new and modern while the real interesting things to see were in the wooden building right next to it. It contains a beautiful wooden Thammat, the preaching chair. The ceiling is decorated with the local version of praying sticks and all kinds of hanging devices, which we had never seen before. It was in this temple where we met one of the friendliest monks of all our trips. A real special place to visit!
