Wat Phu Tham Phra 

A very long and very beautiful drive across the villages and rice fields of rural Yasothon leads to this area. We just followed a sign from the main highway 2169 here and realized that there were two temples with the same name. This one was the smaller temple that did not have a large cave with Buddha images (as the name says) but rather several stone formations with images and a wooden temple building. Nothing much was going on here and at least we enjoyed the nice drive. We visited the other Phu Tham Phra, which is north of the district town of Loeng Nok Tha, on a separate trip in 2007.
