Wat Pan On

Opposite of Wat Sam Phao is Wat Pan On with a large temple building on it's big compound. The ancient Chedi was under restauration when we visited in 2007. Wat Pan On also features a market of Lanna arts and crafts on it's ground and is located next to the special night market (not the regular one which happens every night) during Songkran festival.
