Wat Buraparam

Wat Buraparam is located in the eastern part of Ubon Ratchathani town. The temple was the residence of many famous meditation monks like Phra Acharn Man Phurithatta. An old building which we assumed to be an old viharn, now covered with a modern roof, contains old Buddha images as well as the statues of the meditation monks who resided here before. On the side of the river are two attractive Ho Trai structures, the wooden library of the temple.
