Wat Phra That Chom Chai

Local people recommended us to visit Wat Phra That Chom Chai. It is also located on a hill in Thoeng town. At the time of our visit the temple looked like it had just been renovated as the point of the gable where the Chofas are normally placed showed the seal for H.M. the King's 80th Birthday. Inside the large Ubosot were a large white Buddha image and a smaller crowned Buddha image in meditation pose.
