Wat Ban Kan Lueang 

Wat Ban Kan Lueang is the site of the Ban Kan Lueang Archaeological Site, which is a large mound of about 1 km in diameter. Artefacts of the late prehistoric period have been found here, including pottery used in funerals. The site was discovered in 1990 and excavated in 1992. At the temple itself we were met with some scepticism with regards to why we wanted to visit the temple (which was covered in our tour guide) and we could not visit any of the temples buildings. I guess tourists don't really come here.
