Wat Phrayayang
Wat Phrayayang would be an interesting temple, if it was open and not just used as a parking lot for Tuk tuks and Taxis. The atmosphere was rather un-friendly which could be the timing of my visit which was just before the red shirt protests broke out in May 2010 and we all know whom the taxi and tuk tuk drivers support. The temple was built in 1847 in Thai architectural style. A Burmese-style pagoda was build on the site of an old Ubosot building. The temple buildings are all fenced in, so there is really no good way to visit it.
